| Below is a collection of photographs that outline Mike's life from his birth in 1946 through to 1964. He was born in Milton, Florida and moved to Iowa at age 2. In 1955 the family moved back to Milton. Because of the expense, very few pictures were taken of the children. Thankfully, most of what was taken survived. |
